AI assistant integrations for your work apps.

Your email, project discussions, documents, and calendar—all useful to the same Ghost. Find the context, draft in your voice, and carry the next step into the app where it belongs.

Gmail

An inbox assistant that learns how you write.

Email work is more than a summary. Ghost can learn your writing style with permission, prepare the reply, and help clean up the inbox around it.

Example request · illustrative
“Learn my email style from my sent messages. Then draft a reply to Maya using today’s meeting decisions. Keep it short, and don’t send it.”

A draft to review

Re: Atlas rollout

Hi Maya,

We agreed to keep the pilot small and review the results together before the wider rollout.

I’ll put the checklist in the shared brief and send you the link.

Thanks!

Illustrative content, not your email. Writing-style learning is opt-in; creating a draft does not send it.

Draft in your writing voice
Ask Ghost to learn from a sample of your sent email. With your opt-in, it builds style guidance for tone, greetings, structure, and how concise you tend to be. Your instructions and the current thread take priority over learned preferences.
Understand the whole conversation
Search Gmail by sender, subject, date, or other Gmail search terms. Read individual messages and full threads, retrieve attachments, and use the relevant context in a reply or a meeting brief.
Prepare the email, then decide to send
Create a new draft or a reply, include attachments, and review the recipients, subject, and message. Drafting is separate from sending; a send needs clear authorization and a check of the exact recipients and message.
Unsubscribe from newsletters
Ask for a preview of newsletter senders, then choose which subscriptions to stop. Ghost can perform supported one-click unsubscribes after confirmation. Mailto links and other manual flows are identified as needing a separate step.
Clean up selected senders
Review sender groups with message counts and sample subjects before choosing what to change. Archive, move to Trash, mark read or unread, star, or manage labels for the selected messages. Cleanup is not a blanket inbox deletion.
Watch for a reply when you ask
Opt in to monitoring a specific sent thread. Ghost can check for the first external reply or report when the configured deadline passes. A connection alone does not turn on inbox monitoring.

A reply can draw on your meeting notes, a working note, or a current Jira issue. Keep the source close to the message—not in another round of copy and paste.

Google Workspace

The event, the file, and the work inside it.

Beyond Gmail, these Google connections bring specific calendar and document operations into Ghost. Connect the services your task needs.

Google Calendar

Prepare around the actual meeting.

Bring events and availability into the same conversation as meeting context and follow-up work.

  • List connected calendars, search a time window, and read the details of an event.
  • Check availability and create, update, or remove events, including supported recurring schedules.
  • Use event details alongside earlier meeting records to prepare a useful brief.
Example request
“Check my availability next Tuesday and suggest two times for the Atlas review.”

Good to know. Changes need the right calendar, timezone, and attendees. Invitations and updates can notify other people.

Explore meeting preparation

Google Drive

Find the file behind the request.

Locate a document by its name or file type before asking Ghost to work with it.

  • Search file names and file types in the connected account.
  • Inspect file details, such as its owner, modification time, and available web link.
  • Pass a Google document, spreadsheet, or presentation to its corresponding connected tool.
Example request
“Find the Atlas rollout document and show me the link and last modification time.”

Good to know. This direct connection searches and reads metadata. It does not provide general file upload, download, moving, or deletion.

Google Docs

Read the brief. Write the next version.

Use the text of a connected document as working context, or create a new document from the result.

  • Read a document’s title and extracted body text.
  • Create a document with initial text, insert text, or replace matching passages.
  • With opt-in writing-style learning, use eligible documents you authored to inform future drafts.
Example request
“Read the rollout brief and draft a clearer opening paragraph for me to review.”

Good to know. Supported edits are text-oriented, not every formatting feature in Google Docs. Learning from owned documents also needs Drive access.

Explore linked notes

Google Sheets

Work with the rows, not a pasted screenshot.

Read a specific range, make a targeted update, or put a new set of results into a spreadsheet.

  • Inspect spreadsheet metadata and the available sheet names.
  • Read or update cell values in a range and append new rows.
  • Create a spreadsheet for a new tracker or a structured research result.
Example request
“Read the Open items tab and draft a summary of the rows marked blocked.”

Good to know. Specify the spreadsheet, sheet, and range before changing data. These tools cover values, not every chart, layout, or spreadsheet feature.

Google Slides

Find and update the words in a deck.

Bring an existing presentation’s text into the conversation and make supported text replacements.

  • Read a presentation’s structure and available text.
  • Create a presentation or replace matching text in an existing one.
  • Use the deck’s content as context for a brief, meeting, or next draft.
Example request
“Find the old launch date in this presentation and show me the replacement before updating it.”

Good to know. The direct Slides tools are not a full slide-layout or image-design editor. Ghost’s presentation creation workflow is a separate capability.

Explore presentation creation

Team & development tools

Follow the work from discussion to delivery.

Slack holds the conversation. Jira tracks the issue. Confluence keeps the documentation. GitHub connects the implementation. Ask Ghost to work with the relevant source.

Slack

Find the discussion. Keep the context.

Search the workspace for decisions, owners, and open questions, then prepare a reply that fits the conversation.

  • Search messages with Slack search terms, follow source links, and read available channel history.
  • Use learned Slack writing preferences in drafts when available; the current conversation still comes first.
  • Post messages when authorized, upload or download files, and add a requested reaction.
Example request
“Find the latest Atlas launch decision in Slack and draft a short update in my usual style.”

Good to know. Private channels and files depend on the connection’s access. A draft is not a posted message, and an incomplete search is not the whole workspace.

Explore Slack to-dos

Jira

Turn a decision into an issue you can track.

Check the current state of the project and carry an agreed next step into Jira with the right issue, owner, and status.

  • Search with JQL, open issues, and inspect available projects and sites.
  • Create issues, update supported fields and assignees, and use the transitions available for that issue.
  • Add or update comments, work with attachments, and organize issues into supported sprints.
  • Check the result of an update before treating the issue as changed.
Example request
“Read ATLAS-142, compare it with today’s meeting decision, and prepare the comment and status change.”

Good to know. Issue changes require a clear target and authorized action. Project permissions and workflows determine which transitions and fields are available.

Explore Slack to Jira

Confluence

Give the decision a home in the wiki.

Read the supporting page and turn reviewed findings into documentation the team can return to.

  • Find spaces and search pages with CQL, then read a selected page.
  • Create a page or update its title and body with the requested text.
  • Work with page comments, labels, and attachments.
Example request
“Find the onboarding page and draft an update based on the decisions in our review.”

Good to know. A page update can replace its body. Review the intended content and target first; supported text operations are not every Confluence editing feature.

GitHub

Keep issues, pull requests, and code connected.

Work with repositories exposed to the connected GitHub App, from understanding an issue to preparing a pull request.

  • Find accessible repositories and read issues and pull requests.
  • Create, comment on, or close issues; create draft pull requests, comment, or merge when authorized.
  • Use supported Git operations to clone, inspect status, create a branch, commit, and push.
  • With opt-in style learning, use your authored pull-request text to guide new descriptions.
Example request
“Read the linked issue and draft a pull-request description in my usual style.”

Good to know. Access follows the GitHub App installation. A connection alone does not authorize a push or merge; code implementation uses Ghost’s coding tools.

Your writing style

Your email voice is not your Slack voice.

With your opt-in, Ghost can learn from eligible work you authored in Gmail, Slack, Google Docs, GitHub pull requests, and Ghost Notes. It keeps style guidance for different surfaces: a greeting that fits an email need not appear in a short Slack update.

The guidance captures patterns such as tone, structure, and concision—not a license to reuse facts from old messages. Your current request, supplied examples, and conversation context take priority.

Connect this to Ghost’s memory for preferences and Notes for the source material you want to keep. Writing style is learned only when you ask; this is not audio voice cloning.

Other ways to connect

On your Mac. In your chat. In your browser.

These are separate access paths, not additional Google, Slack, or Atlassian integrations. Each needs its own connection or permissions.

Apple CalendarLocal Mac access
Read upcoming events from your Mac with calendar permission. Ghost can include Apple events alongside connected Google calendars when preparing for the day.
Apple RemindersLocal Mac access
List reminders, add a reminder, or remove a selected one through your Mac. Apple Reminders and Ghost To-dos remain separate lists; this is not automatic two-way sync.
TelegramLinked messaging channel
Use a linked Telegram conversation with Ghost and receive requested summaries, configured notifications, or supported image deliveries. It does not expose every Telegram chat.
WhatsAppLinked messaging channel
Continue a text conversation with Ghost through the configured, linked WhatsApp chat. The bridge routes those messages to the same assistant; it is not access to your entire WhatsApp history.

The websites you already use.

When a supported task needs a signed-in website, Ghost’s browser agent can work through your connected Chrome profile. A direct service tool is preferred when one exists. A browser session is not a promise that every website has a native integration.

One follow-up, with context from the right apps.

The Atlas review draws on a Calendar event, a project thread, and an issue. Ghost can assemble the useful context and prepare a follow-up without assuming it should send it.

Find the intended account and record.

A request can involve several accounts or projects. Resolve the calendar, channel, thread, or issue before reading or changing the wrong thing.

Ask when the target is ambiguous.

Use the current source context.

Read the relevant records within the connection’s permissions. A saved summary can help locate the work, but it does not replace checking mutable app state.

Use the source material and meeting decision to draft an email. Keep the intended recipient, subject, and message clear. Draft creation is not a send.

Draft only. Nothing sent.

Keep the result with the next task.

Save the brief in a note and attach the relevant context to a to-do. A later send or issue update still needs clear intent and a verified result.

Product details

Integrations, at a glance.

Supported work, useful outputs, and what to check before you start.

Connected sources
Supported work accounts can supply messages, calendar context, and issue records for a specific request. Connect the account the task actually needs.
Work with the result
Use a retrieved message or issue as a source for a note, meeting brief, or follow-up task. Sending or editing is a separate action from reading.
Access
Available operations depend on the integration and its granted permissions. A connected account does not imply access to every workspace or every action in that service.

The connection is part of the same Ghost.

Ghost is an AI operator for Mac. Integrations bring work accounts into the same system as meetings, notes, tasks, and memory.

Before a review, check the Google Calendar event, read the Slack discussion, and inspect the Jira blocker. After the meeting, retain the decision in a note, attach the next step to a to-do, and prepare a Gmail reply in your voice. Ask for the changes you want; reading context does not authorize sending or updating every source.

  • Notes

Keep the brief and the source material together.

  • To-dos

Give the follow-up a task with its context attached.

  • Browser

Continue supported work in a signed-in website.

For ongoing work, configure Heartbeat check-ins or a scheduled task. Connected accounts are not all monitored automatically.

Questions about integrations.

Which apps does Ghost integrate with directly?

Ghost has direct integrations for Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub. The available operations depend on the connected account, granted permissions, and the supported tools for that service.

Can Ghost write Gmail drafts in my voice?

Yes. With your explicit opt-in, Ghost can learn writing-style guidance from a sample of your sent messages, including tone, structure, greetings, and concision. Your current instructions and the email thread take priority. This is writing style, not voice cloning, and it does not turn on automatically when you connect Gmail.

Can Ghost unsubscribe me from newsletters?

Ghost can scan for newsletter unsubscribe options and preview the senders. After you confirm the selection, it can perform supported one-click unsubscribes. Mailto links and other manual unsubscribe flows are reported as needing a separate step.

What can the Jira integration change?

Ghost can create issues, update supported fields and assignees, use available status transitions, work with comments and attachments, and manage supported sprint operations. The intended project and issue must be clear, and changes need authorization and verification.

Does connecting an app let Ghost send or change anything?

No. A connection supplies access, not blanket authorization. Drafting and sending are different actions. External changes still depend on your request, the target, permissions, and any approval or verification required by that tool.

Are connected accounts continuously monitored?

No. Connecting an account does not enable blanket monitoring. Gmail reply watching is opt-in for a specific thread. Heartbeat checks, scheduled work, and messaging delivery each need their own relevant setup and instructions.

What if my app is not listed?

A supported task may be possible through Ghost’s connected Chrome profile. Browser access is separate from a direct integration and does not guarantee support for every website or action. Apple services and linked messaging channels also use their own access paths.
